Their customer service sucks

There is no response from the company or shopping mall at all.

I have emailed them a week ago.

I want to file the complaint about this guy named. yean kab jeong

I came 15th Aug 2021 about 5pm to purchase the gift card.

He is the only customer service guy. He told me he can only sell less than 1000 dollar gift card with the 30 dollar promotion using the union pay. It need the managers permission if purchased over 1000 dollars, it will take about a few minutes or a few hours depends on the higher managers availability. He provides me with another method, which is register the ott pay.

I followed the steps as what he told me. But it shows some errors with the payment. I ask him what I should do for the next step, and if I can pay it using their machines. He told me he did not know, he knows nothing about this ott pay.

I said it is ok, I give up this ott pay, and I was willing to try another way, filling the form and ask him to ask the permission from higher management. The guys same very impatience and he told me I can not buy the gift card as his manager is away. I believe he is just not willing to service. He provided two ways to work it out in the beginning, but he told me he can not contact higher manager to get the permission after I tried using the ott pay.

I can not understand why this guy not willing to do his work, and he provided different answers for the same question. Maybe he is the only customer service guy, he is too busy. But that is not the valid reason for refuse the services. I told him he is playing with me; it wastes me about half an hour.

He said it is 20 mins only. I said I want file compliments about him and ask his manager. I want his name, but the guy covered his name tag by hand. The guys said he can pass me the complain form, and he will hand it to his manager after I filled in.

but I am afraid that he will just throw away. I said I will do it online. Besides of that, I ask him to purchase the gift card below 1000 dollar. The guys said no, and he said I threaten him, and he refuse to service me.

He rise his voice as well.

In the end the security guy come. And he told me to feedback through website and fill in the feedback forms. But this yean kab jeong said he do not have the feedback forms, and he is not willing to pass security guy the forms. Also this yean kab jeong told us, we need to get the permission from managers to buy cards.

It will take a few days or s few weeks. Please check with the security guy about this.

That is ridiculous. The guy provides different answers to the same question, all depend on his mode. Is the called customer service?

I think we should call him the customers boss.

I will continue to file the case to someone else until the case was solved.

in the meanwhile i will post the whole story to Facebook, if the case was not solved recently

I want everyone knows Tsawwassen mill have a customer boss there!! i believe i am not the only one who suffering from this guy.

I can not believe there is such kind of customer service
