Stop sending these emails if you have not communicated with me. Your email service to address such problems is a terrible system.
All the people that are trying to contact for problems may be having the same problem.
Stop and take responsibility for answering and providing solutions. I have already sent thus several times.

AGAIN, i cannot reach a live person, i have a Snow Water Pic and the suction has developed Mold I cannot reach anyone and the upgraded email system is terrible.

Their customer service 888-991-**** does not answer live person. Need to discuss warranty issue. Don't do email.
Was not able to contact company and a live person, still have problem. SNOW WaterPick develops mold in the suction area. Do not buy.
Nobody is answering the 888-991-**** customer service. I have a warranty issue, mold in the suction on my flosser.
