Ripped off

I did attempt to place an order and it stated my credit card rejected so I entered the same credit card again and again it stated my card was rejected. I look at my credit card account and they charged me for the maximum amount doubling what I attempted to order. I assumed the order did not go through because it stating "card rejected". I spent over 2 hours trying on hold to speak to someone that sent me to a recording to leave a message. Tried 2 different numbers, got no where! The email address is no good either.

User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING, THEY TRICK YOU!
