Payment for classes rejected by your system I am in the U.S.A.. Money conversion
I am being sponsored by the Department of Rehabilitation. The money for one month is on the card every time I put the information in I get an error message.
That I should contact my bank but the bank said contact your company(Tryhackme).
I want to learn with your company. Please help me.

I love the labs that were free and I am trying to continue to learn but I can't get the payment issue resolved. Every time I try to set up payment on the site it tells me to contact my bank. nbp
my review for the fifth time telling this story. I got authorization from the department of rehabilitation to get one month payment to Tryhackme.
But every time I try to put the payment in it says contact the bank.
That is not the problem. and is a red flag about doing business with Tryhackme.

I tried to pay for my subscription and it refuses to accept my cards information and
I have been trying to pay for my monthly subscription for over a week it keeps saying contact my back the money is in there but your system maybe because it's in another country will not accept my payment it's from the State department of rehabilitation for the State of California I really would like to continue my lessons with you

They automatically renewed my subscription I cancelled it still haven't got my money back ,registered for them to contact me ,no one did !!
