AI Highlights
  • - Ordered a free face serum but was told to order a free eye serum.
  • - Received 2 eye creams and later 1 face serum; product has not worked.

Ordered free face serum. Came up that must order free eye serum.

Ordered 9-15-17. Received 2 eye creams and later 1 face serum. Ordered because Abby from NCIS was used as an example of results of serum. Have seen where she declined to have been a part of this.

Feel totally scammed. Better not send me anything else without my knowledge and will contact my lawyer if you do. What more can I say....do not recommend you repeat my mistake. Guess I will mark this up to live and learn although at age 68 I should have known better.

Also, the product has not worked to my knowledge. DO NOT WANT TO ORDER MORE. DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY SEND ME ANYTHING.

  • - Free trial sample; double shipment.
  • - Card charged $96.25 twice.
  • - Denied, then offered $35 per bottle.
  • - Plan to return both bottles for a full refund.

My wife ordered what she thought was a sample bottle (as described in the add as a (Free Trial). It was received on 3/31/17, they actually double shipped the order because the site said the order was declined the first time.

and it was apparently not. On 4/11/17, her ATM card was charged $96.25 twice. When I called them, they first denied that they were the correct company.

They then claimed that the product had to be returned within 14 days for a refund, then agreed to refund $35 for each bottle. Since to day is only 4/11, the 14 day trial will be up on 4/14, So I am shipping both bottles via USPS today along with a letter demanding a full refund.
