Never received item
Charged card but never received product nor answered phone yet pushing more discounts. Ordering through Amazon got it here the next day

Horrible customer service
I would give them a zero if could. There website is awful.
This is the third time I have had issues with a subscription order with them. Two times I adjusted the items I wanted for the following month and instead of sending it out the next month they sent it out the next day. When I saw that I was going to be charged for the items I immediately contacted the company before the items were fulfilled through email and live chat. They still charged me and sent the items out.
I paid twice for the same subscription two days apart. When you try to call the 1-800 number, it gives a survey and then it hangs up on you.
So there is no one to talk to.
Also I have tried to cancel upcoming orders in the past because I didn't need the item for that month (overstocked at home) and instead of skipping the month they would cancel the whole subscription.
Sadly I have canceled all future orders. Which is a bummer because I like the product but not enough to continue business with how awful their customer service is.

Problem with subscription order
I tried to place my order it didn't go through I thought I ordered 1 bottle of enriched hair growth formula 89.00.I put all of the right info in. Check to see why it didn't go through.
when the total came up it showed the total of 3 bottles instead of 1.
I only want 1 bottle ordered. my card was denied I entered the right info nothing wrong with my card.

Not happy with product
I bought 2 food babe "pill" products. Her site has all glowing comments.
YET, my email doesn't show up so i cannot write feedback. If you take any of her pills, they are not coated, so if you have a *** reflux and don't like taking pills, stay away from her products!
I don't think i'd buy anything from her anymore. They will also nail you on recurring orders, so be careful with them.

- Pills are not coated difficult to swallow
Preferred solution: Alert to customer: despite website accolades, is not an easy pill to swallow. Marketing gimmick of auto refill when their website is NOT CLEAR you will be getting 3 more bottles of hard to take pills. Not worth the hassle of dealing with this company.
