My bank account was hacked, and my bank closed all my accounts without my knowledge and mixed up the fraudulent charges with the Honest charges. All of the companies that I told my bank were legitimate they didnt pay.
I have dealt with my bank and they are going to send out emails of apology, TruthFinder was one of the companies that my bank did not pay. I called TruthFinder to explain to them what happened and they were incredibly rude. Told me that I no longer have access to their site. They deleted all my reports after I paid every month without missing one single payment .
What happened was not my fault and they had no empathy whatsoever. Not only that my daughter joined, and when she tried to do a background report on me, they completely took me out of their system. I guess I should be grateful. People pay good money to not have their information on line..
I just never have been spoken to so rudely in my life and I find that their site has completely changed. All the information they have now is information you can get for free without having to pay a ridiculous amount of money monthly, and the information that they have is no longer current.
It used to be a great company. Not any longer something has changed.

Stop the I time charge
I was very pleased with how quickly you responded and were able to resolve my problem. I haven't gotten a response but they have stopped trying to withdraw money from my account.

Attempting to get a refund for illegally obtained funds
So I started with this account to verify that my best friend actually had passed away I could not find anything online they gave me legitimate verification so I canceled my service because I don't need it I needed it for a one-time thing which I paid for the report I got almost $10 yesterday I find my accounts in the negative because they took $30 payment after I had received an email stating that I would no longer be charged that my account had been canceled and I should not see any further charges well I did, not only did they take $30 from my account that was my rent money but they also put my account in the negative so it ended up being almost $75 for me to get my account back in the positive when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that all the supervisors were busy and to give him a call back number and they would call me back and then he kept just reiterating over and over and over again about how I didn't cancel my thing within the 5-day trial or whatever I don't care about 5-day trial I don't care about any of that I care about the fact that they charge my card after I received a letter stating that they would not then he hung up on me and when I was looking at these reviews I'm seeing that a lot more people are having the same problem so it's truthfinder really just a scam to steal money from people I wonder what the better Business bureau would think about this. Also I would like to add that I worked in customer service my entire life and when somebody asks to speak to a supervisor and or manager that's what you need to provide for them I don't believe for a split second that they're supervisors are all busy and that they will call me back so it seems to me that it is exactly their company's purpose to avoid reimbursing for taking money that they were not entitled to and spoke on their own behalf stating that they would not can I see these people I mean really can I?
