THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.
- - Alignment couldn't be done due to a bad tie rod end.
- - Waited 1h45m; a $250 repair estimate was given.

I schedule an appt to have a front-end alignment at TRUSTY TIRES INC 1074 OLD FORRESST RD NW CORYDON IN. I was told when making the appt if there is something wrong and they can't do the alignment.
They would let you know. They came and told me I had a bad tie rod end. They couldn't do the alignment it I was there for an hour and 45 minutes for them to take maybe 10 minutes to look at it.I got tired of waiting and went to the counter, I was giving a $250 estimate for a simple tie rod end repair. They said what day would you like to schedule appt for the repairs?
When I said I would have to talk to my husband first. They said you owe us $47.50. I said for you all telling me you can't align my car. When making the appt they do not disclose these extra charges I had to pay they had my keys.
The manger (Jamie) was very rude. I asked them to check the air in my tires they didn't even do that. I have been a long-time customer. But I will not be doing business with them ever again.
Apparently, they are in business to rip people off.
Do yourself a favor. TAKE YOUR VEHICILE SOMEWHERE ELSE.UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING RIP OFF.
