Not a company to do business with!
- Online form for TrustMark Roofing in Roswell on 10/19/22; no reply.
- 10/24/22: promised callback within 30 minutes; no call; voicemail full.
I have chosen to use another roofing company, and even convinced my neighbor to go use a different company to do their roof. No one needs a company which tells potential client their don't want to do business with anyone who complains about their lack of professionalism.
On Monday (10/24/22) I called their listed telephone number (575-755-****). The young lady who answered the phone promised a call back within 30 minutes. That call never happened. When I called today (10/27/22), she insisted she had called back (my cellphone record did not record any phone calls from them) which I pointed out to her.
She was then on the defensive, and told me they didn't want to do business with me! She gave me her bosses name (not the owner's name based on the radio ads), and cellphone.
That cellphone's voice mail is full and not taking messages. All considering, at this point, I wouldn't do business with them if they begged!
