Consumers are not pleased with Customer service and Website. The price level of this organization is high according to consumer reviews.

Credit Card
I need to replace the credit card that is on file for my account. My fax number is 973-679-****.
My credit card ending in 5332 was stolen. I have not been able get in my account to replace the card. Can someone call me ASAP at 425-709-**** and ask for Joseph Yeadon. A timely response would be greatly appreciated.
I am not a pissed client. I just need some help.

Verified ReviewerI have NOT been able to send a simple Fax with this new system. Does anyone know how to work this new system?
They did say they have cancelled my sub. to Trust Fax, BUT no mention of a refund!
We will see IF I ever get my monies back to a service that I could not use. It is hard to understand how a company can buy another (Trust Fax either had an asset sale or they went out of business and another company bought them) and the new owner of that name did NOT offer instructions on how to use their own service.
The previous system worked well. I can NOT figure out how to make my own cover page either for my business or my wife's business or by me personally.
How does this new system work???

Charged our card event though cancelled.
Have not used for long time. Cancelled after renewal last year.
Since we paid for another year, we wanted to make sure we will not be charged again in a year. Now we CANNOT log in and we CANNOT get hold of anyone in customer service.

I have used Trust Fax for a couple of years now, but it's awful now. I am trying to send a fax and it will not send!
I do not have time for this. Please help!

Something has changed and I can no longer "Send" a fax.
I logged in correctly, entered the recipient data, added the document to be faxed but the 'Send' button would not highlight. And therefore nothing would send.
Why?

TURN ON MY ACCOUNT BEFORE 3 PM.PHONE IS 800-914-****. BOTH OF MY ACCOUNTS HAVE FUNDS.
YOUR STUPID COMPUTER WILL NOT PROCESS TO REOPEN MY ACCOUNT.
HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FOR YEARS. YOU OWE ME 5 SECONDS TO REOPEN MY ACCOUNT BEFORE I HAVE TO RUN TO SAFEWAY AND SPEND $35 DOLLARS ON FAXES.

Can't get in contact and no customer service. They have no phone number and they don't respond through email.
