Your knives are spot on, I'm a professional private chef and I absolutely loved these knives

I need proof of sale receipt anything that says it's mine I had a burglary I had I had a break in and I know who did it and they stole my knife set two of them actually I was just going to get the one set and thought well my dad would enjoy these I've had them for a long time and I use that knife everyday and now it's gone both of them the whole set and then the other set with the scissors I'm absolutely just sick about it she had the audacity and the non brain cells to put it on Facebook marketplace so now maybe she'll be in trouble with them too and you know God bless the people who just received still in goods they're on the hook as well but I have to prove that they were a mine serial numbers receipt of purchase and I need to give you my new address and you have my email my phone number is 252-256-**** I'm so mad I'm so mad I'm crying I'm so mad I'm sick. I'm filing a police report I'm just gathering up proof of sale from well she pretty much took three quarters of my entire apartment she took just about everything out of the kitchen you know getting burglarized it does something to you you know it just I want my stuff back I'll probably never get it back but at least I can prove that they're mine because I've got a screenshot of her selling my things and she's going to be prosecuted thank you I hope you can help sorry about the rambling I'm just upset

A $50.00 Coupon for "Trusted Butcher Meats" was sent to me about 6 months ago. They have a product purchase on their website that allows for a $50.00 Meat purchase, BUT this specific product has been "out of stock", for at least 3-4 months. I wrote to Trusted Butcher, (2 months ago) &;; their Parent Company and asked why, and all I get is Rhetoric about "keep-checking website" Well I do, but still NO
$50 package!!

Invalid information
- - Ordered a meat package; no product or ETA.
- - The order included a free indoor grill.
- - They said it shipped; refused delivery; tracking invalid.
Ordered their meat package over a week ago. Low and behold they finally send me an email they have no product and do not expect when to have any in the future.
The order comes with a free indoor grill. I wanted the complete order cancelled. But after waiting over an hour via phone to their customer service they said they already shipped it and I can refuse package with FedEx. The tracking number and order number they provided is invalid and cannot track package or see my order with their online site.
Now I had to call the bank and dispute this charge. If they would of just cancelled the whole order and let the consumer know they are out of product before ordering, would of been the right thing to do.
One of the worst customer service I have dealt with. Long hold on phone and they never answer your emails.
Preferred solution: Full refund
