Need information about switch Whole Life Insurance for a Long Term Insurance

Today I contacted SSA .As a retired and old person with SSA and SSI benefits. For the first time SSA let me know that my Whole Life Insurance affects my SSI , and I"ll lost this benefits because this kind of life insurance.

The only way is to switch to a Term Life Insurance. I don't know is my request is to the right department or not, If not ,give the email to contact them.

Appreciate your help. Please contact me thru email to better understand the information better.

I asked True Stage to send me the form to change my bank, and I never received it through mail or email, so I decided to give you guys a call and find out what happened. All I need is a form.

I don't need to get into all extra details, just the form so I can fill out the bank information, so I can have my check going to a different bank.

Cancel asap

I would like to cancel this policy as soon as possible. I simply do not have another bill coming in each month.

I have some term insurance, which will cover me for a while and I totally understand. It goes up in price. The older you get. I originally called to find out if they had a $25,000 Funeral credit or money they were going to send that has been advertised many times on TV and Im not supposed to have to pay a penny so if you could please cancel my account and send me confirmation that would be wonderful.

This isn’t TruStage and regardless an email is not how you cancel a policy. You either call them and they send you a confirmation that it is canceled or you send them a certified letter (signature required).

Nonpayment first premium you have direct access to money.

I was assured payment was made June 2, and give it 3-4 days to post. Ok.

I was just making sure my first premium was not late. I dont understand a lot of the policy but I know I have secure piece of mind for the future.

They steal people whole life policy’s beware

I have had 4 policys with true stage one whole life police is 20,000 that they trying to steal Truestage partnered with this company this had to happen during the pandemic. Im just now finding out about it because one of the representatives messed up my $5000 life insurance policy and my $1000 life insurance policy and my $20,000 life insurance policy and I contacted them and they got mad because I told him I reported him to the Better Business Bureau.

I told them that I was not canceling my $20,000 whole life insurance policy that I have had for 10 years so what they did was, they took me off of automatic pay after I was on there for 10 years. They blocked my account because I told him I was going to see him because they are trying to steal my policy which they are, and I reported them to the insurance commission in Richmond, Virginia.

This company is crooked. These foreigners are crooked.

They admitted to messing up my policy and when I canceled three of them they sent me a bill for 80.60 cents for the one I keep I had it for 10 years 20,000 I sent in the payment because they wouldnt allow me to do auto pay after 10 years of auto pay they steal then I updated my address and my phone number they blocked me from doing that then stated they wouldnt allow draft they sent that in the mail I have reported them to the insurance commission filling a complaint no telling how many other people they have done this to they steal rob you
