the edit distributions function is not working. I've been texting all week with no resolution and very little response other than, did you try your iPad or did you try your laptop?

My phone number changed and I've been trying to put the right number in that I have now so that I can view my Trust and Will account. I've tried for months with no assistance and I'm tired of trying.
Preferred solution: Resolution
I purchased a will about 2 years ago but did not finish it. Do I have to pay again to complete it?
I never got a reply back nor was I able to make personal contact on the phone. I just need to know if there is a deadline on completing my trust & will that I started about 2 years ago. Or do I have to pay again & start all over?
