Ordered seat covers over a month ago. They added Renewal -X spray to the order.
The Renewal spray was sent after the seat covers were sent. I received the Renewal spray but did not get the seat covers. There were two different items on the same ticket. The company couldn't tell me where they were or how long it would be.
Just because they sent the spray doesn't mean the seat covers are here.
I believe they are shining me on. Feels scammy.

We bought a trunki for my eldest who is 4 but he is quite tall for his age. So we wanted to change it or rather return it as wed want to try and order a different one that could be a bit bigger or have a leg rest for him.
Been trying to get hold of them since forever as we never received an invoice and return slip inside the box but we still 6 weeks down the line have not been able to have any communication with anyone. The number I found here is an automated message referring me to the email address which i have emailed but I am still to receive an answer.
Worst customer service ever!
