We were told that we would receive a 90 day guarantee in writing. We never did. My husband spoke to the manager and he said to send it back. We sent it priority only for someone to refuse the package and send it back! We continue repeatedly to contact Corp and the store. No return calls! We returned product w/ receipts

How can I TALK to someone about an order delivered when nobody answers or responds to my email
I received in the mail a DOUBLE ORDER of products I needed I have been emailing (Julie N -customer support) and sending emails online AND leaving voice messages FOR TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT. To date….no response. Why is it so impossible to speak to someone at this company? I want to ensure that I am not double billed for products I do not need
