Inferior dangerous products….company refuses to address my emails or phone calls.

1. Truffoire volcanic face mask ate through plastic containers and then through several layers of varnish finish on the table.
2. I contacted Truffoire customer service via phone and email over a month ago; they won't respond. Four phone calls and three emails and no response. No one answers the phones ever.
3. This is obviously a very overpriced and dangerous product.
4. The company needs to be shut down by the FDA.

Fraudulent practices
- - 90-day guarantee promised in writing was not received.
- - We returned the item with receipts; the package was refused and no calls or replies.
We were told that we would receive a 90 day guarantee in writing. We never did.
My husband spoke to the manager and he said to send it back. We sent it priority only for someone to refuse the package and send it back! We continue repeatedly to contact Corp and the store.

How can I TALK to someone about an order delivered when nobody answers or responds to my email
