I purchased a tactical sweatshirt for a friend as a Christmas gift. I ordered it before Thanksgiving after reviewing the website: I always like to see if something is made in America, more importantly, shipped from America because otherwise I wont purchase it.
The website said that this was from America. I just checked because I was going to show a picture and it looks like they have changed their website but it clearly states that from 10 to 14 days after ordering itll be at your door. So this is in line with that they told me that I would receive it on December 12. I did not receive it on December 12.
I contacted them on the 13th via email because theres no phone number listed on the website and I contacted them at least to the three other times. They finally got back to me after the holidays and after I put in a dispute with my credit card, they stated that it was delivered. I never received it so I cant return it because I dont have the merchandise and they refused to refund my money. This sweatshirt was almost $100 it was $99.98 or something like that.
They have since emailed me calling me Hugh? Im so frustrated and disgusted with this company.
