True Texas BBQ Reviews
While visiting the True BBQ Hwy 242,...
- - Front counter staff were disrespectful, and sauce was low with delayed assistance.
- - The potato prep was unclear, and a long-time manager had departed.
While visiting the True BBQ Hwy 242, Conroe Location, I stopped in to grab a bite to eat. When I approached the Counter I noticed this person didnt say can I help you and was just looking at me.
When I responded to ask him about a Chopped Potato, while taking the order I was trying to ensure if the potato was going to be chopped or slice. As a result, did I have a choice, he replied in a low ton without making eye contact, you said chopped while moving his hands with an attitude.
I have not been to this True BBQ in a long time. Primarily, theres no reason too, the long time Manager/Worker left. This person Noah was disrespectful this evening and he acted like he did not want to be bothered.
Basically, he acted like a real POS, and at this point I am highly pissed. Finally- he saw me trying to get my own BBQ Sauce and didnt bother to assist until I told him, The sauce is low. He then says, Ill get some sauce, or something close. Im not too fond of bad experiences, even though we know they happen.
Note~ How would society view this store of I told the entire community, dont shop at True Texas BBQ because they have a young guy out front who is disrespectful, no manners, speaks soft and appears he didnt really want to be at work today.
I have no problem in telling The Greater Houston area and specifically this community since I live right behind it, what kind of person he is. We know or should have an idea that if there is no Customer Service, how long will this Business Survive.
As a customer regardless of skin, color, creed or whatever I expect better Period!
Ill allow someone to respond before I move forward.
