I was pleased with the product. The response to questions I had and the time the order was received. They ship standard shipping so anyone expecting it less than buying online and getting it in 7-10 days... Either shops Amazon prime for everything (eyeroll) or expects everyone on the planet to just throw in two day shipping. Regardless, the process seemed fair and consistent with anything that says standard shipping. [I do not know the accuracy of my custom blends...as proteinfactory.com seemed miffed that the FDA does not shut these guys (True Nutrition) down. (Insert another eyeroll.) And there is no real way I could say that it was an accurate reality to what I requested on their website for my custom blend. However, the FDA really regulates anything because of it's benefits nor do they cares at all about the consumer. (See, Unsafe At Any Meal by Dr. Renee Joy Dafault or Effortless Healing by Dr. Joseph Mercola or Dr. Leonord Coldwell .com). So, shutting anyone down really says nothing but that maybe the process was right but the company was not.] True Nutrition has utilized technology and offered a great product that GNC and others may offer consumers at 100 times the cost. Give them a try and be careful about reviews. Paid SEOers love to stick their nose in the game. And I am not associated with True Nutrition, paid to type this, know anyone that works there, etc!!!

I live 97 miles away, it took 8 days to get here. I've had packages go across the country in 8 days!!!!!! Product STILLLLLLLLLLLLLL isn''t here or I could review it. Maybe in another 8 daysssssssssssssss Now the review wants more than 100 words, how interesting to write a review about being pissed off as a customer, just to have the complaint form *** me off just as much! GAWD only up to 6. Ordered a few products from them, including fish oil and two different types of protein, just before the start of the new year. Which in turn delayed the shipping times, I contacted them about my order and they responded immediately assuring me that my order had been processed. It was just a fault of FedEx, which it was. I did receive my products and they exceeded my expectations in quality, and taste will surely be ordering from them again. I really like the option for "light" flavoring that they offer. Their protein also dissolves very quickly with minimal clumping.

Tried to return the protein PepPro that I received yesterday. Tried one scoop and I thought I had swallowed battery acid!!!! Sent off an e-mail asking for their return policy, they stated that if you open their product it cannot be returned which begs the question, how does one know if the product is bad or you can't use it if you don't open it. This is a scam being used by many bogus supplement companied who produce sub par products who will gladly take your money knowing full well they will never return it. BUYER BEWARE, A LESSON WELL LEARNED!

They do not answer their phones at what the recording states are their "normal business hours". I live in the Southeast and patiently waited all morning to get in touch with them as they go by Pacific time. I just want a response. I have emailed a few times with no luck either. I love this company but I am trying to get in touch with them as my shipping details have changed and I do not want the package to go to the wrong place. This is crazy I am so nervous someone is going to get a hold of my package.
