Left the pakage outside the building

I was waiting,for this pakage,I call to the company where I buy my item the gime this track #614704****37627,according to fedex they delivery,but I live on the 3floor,which it was nothing left out side of my door,I belive they left it out side thr door of the building, because I already ask the manager of my building,if she sow anything out side my door,because she allways pick up tha pakages on the building ok.I would like to know what can I do? or if I have to file a complain to better bussiness bureau?
