Ordered skin care set as gift, while adding new address, Shop Pay was activated and automatically shipped to my address. I need it changed, it is a gift.

Change pure radience to clear
- - Spoke with a rep about pure vs clear; the clear had an orange tint.
- - I have enough pure radiance, so I cancelled my reorder.
I spoke with a sweet, lovely young woman on the phone who told me the difference in pure & clear. But when I learned the clear still had an orange tint to it, I decided not to get that. I still have enough pure radience, tho so I cancelled my reorder.
I dont like that orange tint.

Can’t get anybody on the phone
Two orders were created and I cant contact anybody on the phone. Its not ready to have a company where youre not able to speak to somebody in person as you have to email them.
