True Best Friend (truebestfriend.com) advertises free and discounted pet supplies. I ordered a "free" (for shipping of $5.95) pet seat belt and have never received it.
After NUMEROUS emails over the past 3 months requesting status, I have only received autoreply responses. They continue to make this offer online. I requested an investigation by the Better Business Bureau in Atlanta GA (near where they are located) and they did not get a response either. I realize that it's only $5.95, but it really ticks me off that they are scamming pet owners.
Please be aware and don't buy from this company and please pass the word along. Thanks.
