Sketchy company
I ordered the three dog seat belts. It added a dog harness to my order for $16.95 that I did not order.
No way to edit order. They will not tespond to me at all. They do not answer phones, e mail or text. There is no chat available as stated on website.
Will call credit card company to stop payment. Scammers!!!

True Best Friend (truebestfriend.com) advertises free and discounted pet supplies. I ordered a "free" (for shipping of $5.95) pet seat belt and have never received it.
After NUMEROUS emails over the past 3 months requesting status, I have only received autoreply responses. They continue to make this offer online. I requested an investigation by the Better Business Bureau in Atlanta GA (near where they are located) and they did not get a response either. I realize that it's only $5.95, but it really ticks me off that they are scamming pet owners.
Please be aware and don't buy from this company and please pass the word along. Thanks.
