Dissatisfied with Truck Purchase
- - Bought a used 2020 vehicle.
- - Fixes were done, but shroud wasn't reattached.
- - Oil leaked after repairs.
- - Undercarriage muddy; cupholder/seat dirty.
Trucks Only never got back with me about the issue with the truck. It is still leaking oil, and I guess, we would have to find a way to fix it.
They put in their paperwork that they do not repair oil leaks, but I think that's just their way of selling less than optimal vehicles.Granted, this is a used truck, but it is barely a 2020. It should not be leaking oil like this.
If they sell vehicles with these problems, the least they could do is deduct the repair fee from the original price. Smh.
Purchased used 2020 vehicle. Returned to get items fixed, which they did as promised, but did not reattach the shroud under the engine as promised.
Also, the vehicle was not leaking oil during the first seven days parked in my driveway, however, after the repairs, I noticed that the oil was dripping.
I also noticed that the undercarriage was completely covered in mud. In addition, the detailing failed to clean the cupholder and the back of the fold down seat was extremely dirty.
