2010 Chrysler Town and Country

My wife and I decided to get another C&T, after my 2001 turned over 199,000 miles, the transmission started to act out. We went back to Truce where we bought a previous vehicle two years ago. We were happy then and we are happy now. Kudos to Tracy,Sandy,Sharon and Fabe for all that you do ! Making a car purchade is stressful but you guys made it easy, comfortable, with less stress. You all are GREAT AND AWESOME.

Due to our situation, Tracy at Truce Auto went way above what could be expected of a dealership; she helped us to get out of our loan on the 2007 Saturn Outlook and was able to get us financed on a vehicle that has been thoroughly inspected by their mechanic! Some of the ongoing problems were apparently created by the "Preferred Mechanic" we were referred to by the warranty company.

I will be sending a recommendation to the warranty company that they remove this mechanic from their list and NOT refer people to them for any repairs. They caused more damage to our car than they fixed!

Truce Auto has resolved the issue with this car. I am thankful they sold me the extended warranty or I would have been out thousands of dollars on repairs for this vehicle! Tracy worked very hard, going above and beyond what most dealerships would to get us into different vehicle.

We bought a 2007 Saturn Outlook from Truce in July 2017. The sales rep placed an extended warranty on the loan without asking if we wanted it. The next day when I drove it I was unable to get it in reverse. We took it into the mechanic Truce recommended; the transmission needed replaced. Six months later the engine light came on and several messages such as "Check Stabilitrak", "Traction Control Disabled", "Engine Power Reduced" came on. I called the mechanic Truce Auto swears by and he told me the warranty company would only pay about half of his bill. I then called the warranty company and they have me a list of preferred mechanics in our area. When we took it to a "preferred mechanic" of the warranty company, they found our Saturn needed timing chains and cam gear replaced. After getting it back from the mechanic, the power steering was not working, and one week later our check engine light is back on. Truce Auto sold us a car that has more problems than my $1000 Cadillac I drove for 4 years; we still have 54 months left to pay on this car and are unable to confidently drive it out of town, let alone back and forth to work.
