I needed to make a direct phone call because every time I try to access the website they want to give me 20% off and have me enter a contest about the environment and give some kind of review etc. and all I wanted to do was stop my subscription because I dont use that much of the product I do like it but I dont need to get shipments every month so I had a very nice young lady help me out and did did what I asked so Im OK.

Didn't get my 30% discount
Im not sure, but I put in an order expecting to get the 30% discount-put in apply before pay, and didnt get it.

I don t like the name, pissed customer...lol! What is that about?
Customer service was excellent, however, and Tru Earth is a fab product!! I m so happy about no buying big plastic bottles anymore, better for environment and we get very clean clothes!!
