As a follow-up on the above review by 2Anonymous, it appears that due to perhaps overzealous personnel in screening phone calls for cases that this office doesn't handle and electronic failure of equipment in relaying messages and emails, the above review may be overly critical. I do have an appointment with Mr Moore next week as of this morning to discuss/handle some personal legal issues and would be willing to submit another review when our business is completed. Hopefully, our prior conflicts will be professionally set aside and we can resolve this to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

As a listed & available lawyer for Hyatt Legal Plans (Met Law), the Law Office of Troy Moore, Houston TX, basically refuses to respond to requests for an appointment once it is known that the client is a member of a prepaid legal plan. After attempting to schedule an appointment by email on three occasions, I finally called the office directly. The secretary who schedules appointments first wanted to know in detail everything I wished to discuss with the lawyer. This is an invasion of privacy. The phone call ended with "I'll call you as soon as I check his schedule." That was two days ago...he must have a very heavy schedule as I have not heard back from this office and it's pretty obvious I won't. Mr Moore needs to honor his commitments to Hyatt Legal and their customers. Hyatt Legal doesn't have any system in place to *** out lawyer such as this. Don't waste your money...*** the financial bullet and get a real attorney.
