this man owes me $725 he owe 20 moms in California for a shoot he never showed up for,He has taken $1000 of dollars and only produces a select few pictures,Do not spend your hard earn money as it could be for nothing,This man has a record that goes on for days and has no business around children.He is also a known felon and resides in Athens Tenn, with his wife.Both are aware of the fraudgelent money they collect and refuse to send pictures after money is given to them.Much better photographers out there that will not steal your hard earned money.

Be careful! I always received my pics on time, but on a personal level you better not give him or his wife a dime.

I waited and listened to the explanation of his having grave money troubles for a couple of years and eventually told him to forget the debt I was tired and uncomfortable dealing with him. I feel foolish and sad that I was taken for 4K , he seems to happily forgotten me.

I do have a bank check with his signature and account number for anyone doubting my story to see.

Troy advertised a photo shoot in March 2011. We paid deposit and paid cash for the rest of the shoot in April 2011.

I paid for 2 retouches after the shoot as well. Troy Douglas never provided proofs from shoot or retouches. I paid him $755 of which I recovered $300 through a chargeback with Visa but I'm still out the rest of the money I paid him.

He admitted we had ruined images & continues to enter his daughter into numerous beauty pageant national competions but will not refund back and told me if he felt like it he'd refund me. I filed a complaint with the BBB as well and that can be found on the Kentucky website.
