Totally unresponsive
Do not deal with this company. We finally received the product which is deplorable and not even close to what the photo advertised.Now we have to send it back and try to get a refund. I will also be contacting our credit card company to see what our options are.This remains an on-going issue.
My wife has never received a patriotic wreath she ordered. I have repeatedly emailed the company thru their website and otherwise.
I have received NO response. I am convinced we have been scammed and will lose or $ 59.00 +/-
This is extremely irritating.
For them to not respond whatsoever while claiming on their website to be very responsive is a joke. Not to mention, illegal.
