I need a missing emblem on one of my pool lounger

My issue was simple. One of my in pool loungers arrived without an emblem.

The Tropitone customer service rep. Knew exactly what I was looking for and will put a replacement in the mail. I also received email confirmation that my new emblem should arrive within 2 weeks. My only complaint was the difficulty I had locating the customer service contact information on Tropitone.com.

It does not exist.

Thy funnel you through their distributors. Mine is totally useless.

Horrible product with zero customer service

The new slings are no better and the West Michigan sales rep DON RASEMAN and Tropitone will not stand behind their product.

We now have 15K of patio furniture that looks like crap and we are stuck with it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!

This company should not be in business due their lack of customer service and we will make every effort possible to inform the world about this horrible experience.

a lousy, dishonest manufacturer) claims replacement part no longer available.

essentially said buy new chairs from us or suck a lemon. We have complete sets (tables, chairs, etc) at home and beach house, and plan to replace one day with better quality products than those of Trepidatious Tone

Replacement plastic strips

I cannot find the needed materials and I can't purchase a new set. Please advise on two items:

1. replacements as mentioned above

the table-top has a large piece of glass that seems to be fitted into two metal fixtures which go around the entire table. No one has been able to tell me how to loosen that fitting so that the glass can be cleaned thoroughly around the entire edge.

Preferred solution: Send needed replacements, how to take the old ones off and replacement of the new slats. Also information on how to clean the edges where the glass is encased. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I want to continue using my patio set .

2 broken patio unbrellas and no one to fix
