I need a missing emblem on one of my pool lounger
My issue was simple. One of my in pool loungers arrived without an emblem.
The Tropitone customer service rep. Knew exactly what I was looking for and will put a replacement in the mail. I also received email confirmation that my new emblem should arrive within 2 weeks. My only complaint was the difficulty I had locating the customer service contact information on Tropitone.com.
It does not exist.
Thy funnel you through their distributors. Mine is totally useless.

Horrible product with zero customer service
We purchased a complete patio furniture set from Tropitone. Our chair slings have been replaced once because they would not stay in place and are wrinkled.
The new slings are no better and the West Michigan sales rep DON RASEMAN and Tropitone will not stand behind their product.
We now have 15K of patio furniture that looks like crap and we are stuck with it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!
This company should not be in business due their lack of customer service and we will make every effort possible to inform the world about this horrible experience.

essentially said buy new chairs from us or suck a lemon. We have complete sets (tables, chairs, etc) at home and beach house, and plan to replace one day with better quality products than those of Trepidatious Tone

Rocker part
We have a tropitone set (Presido)
We bought in the 1990s, it has been GREAT!
We recently had one of the rocker springs break, we found a company
That has some, but I think they are old parts. It is U shaped
My question is would the new rocker part you have now fit on our older set? And should we get that instead of the original rocker

Not pissed. Have a chair t-bar that broke.
Need a replacement part for repair under warranty. Dealing with local dealer who wants $ up front. I have no problem with shipping charge but warranty should cover part cost. About 6 years old.
Dealer has invoice showing delivery date but does not know warranty facts. How can you help?

Loooooooooooooooooooooong delay. I ordered my Tropitone Marconi patio furniture about a year ago.

Local dealer refuses to help with the warranty that we have left regarding a small area of sun burn and a chaise

Replacement plastic strips
My set of Tropitone furniture is about 15-18 years old, but in relatively good shape. Last summer, several plastic slats/strapping became brittle and broke.
I cannot find the needed materials and I can't purchase a new set. Please advise on two items:
1. replacements as mentioned above
2.
the table-top has a large piece of glass that seems to be fitted into two metal fixtures which go around the entire table. No one has been able to tell me how to loosen that fitting so that the glass can be cleaned thoroughly around the entire edge.
Preferred solution: Send needed replacements, how to take the old ones off and replacement of the new slats. Also information on how to clean the edges where the glass is encased. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I want to continue using my patio set .

2 broken patio unbrellas and no one to fix
I have spent thousands of dollars for 3 patio Basta Sole umbrellas of which 2 are now broken. The umbrellas are 2 years old.
We called the dealer where we had them made, and they are not answering our request to fix them. At this point I don't care if it is warranted work or not, want my umbrellas fixed now. It's been all summer and I'm getting pissed off at this company. They have no customer service #, no main office #.
Nothing.
