- - When booking by phone, price was £400 higher and not honored.
Worst holiday site EVER . Checked online for the best price to Cape Verde tropical warehouse came back as best price £2210 .
Called to book and they told me this was the wrong price and Would call me back . 2 hours later called and the price was 400 pound more expensive and would not honour the website price .Totaly disgusting never use total cowboys

- - Owner cheated me on sand for resale, taking over 150 pounds while claiming it was 60.
- - Also shorted me on fish and took 2 days to return 10 bucks.
owner of the store cheated me on sand i sold to him to resale took him over 150 pounds and he claimed it was only 60 pounds there to sell. then tried to get me to give him a cheaper price after he had already sold it .
also shorted me on fish i took him and took 2 days to get 10 bucks out of him . not a good ideal to work with this person or do any thing with his store in any way.
very poor person to rip off a person that helped him get his store open and make 5 = 120 mile trips to help him. *** poor !

The owner of the Tropical Warehouse is not trust worthy and two faced. I have known who he is for years.
He likes to pat himself on the back so much to other people that some day he will break his own arm. Lol!
Seriously though, I have been a fish hobbyist for many years and I won't step foot in his shop. Do yourself a favor and go to a different shop or buy online on the internet.
