I placed a order with trophysmack and 4 min later after placing the order i realized i submitted the wrong picture for my turnover chain.
I instantly sent a request to change the picture and submitted the new picture. I received a response immediately asking for order number and email.
I provided that information and received a response stating it was being forwarded to the design team.
I heard nothing for 3 days so i sent a follow up email.
I received a response saying they would escalate to higher team.
I heard nothing again for 2 days so i sent a email again i received a response 2 days later stating it was to late and the order has been processed.
Due to the non urgency taken in the beginning the wrong picture was used and I'm very upset about the customer service.
I am requesting a replacement chain at your cost for the lack of urgency in this matter. Attached is the picture i wanted usedcust

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Number was disconnected and could not speak to anyone. Still waiting on a response.
I placed an order and it was delivered however the artwork is not correct. I need someone to call me so the order can be corrected.
281-726-****. I am hoping I can speak to someone asap because I need this order by Jan 5
