Won't process Vehicle Registration
Purchased a used BMW. Deal was okay, but finance guy kept asking me to use their financing so he could get his kick-back since it was only a few $ a month difference.
They offer zero warranty, unlike just about every other dealer in the world. Not 30 days. Not Two weeks. Not one day.
Today, three weeks after my purchase, I received a UPS envelope with registration paperwork and a check for taxes. I paid an "admin fee", but that means printing out paperwork, putting a staple in em, and mailing them off. I called amd left messages for the title clerk and GM. No response.
Spoke with someone in business office and was told they didn't do out of state registrations. Everyone else does, but not these guys. I've bought multiple vehicles out if state; a few from GA, and each dealer handled this. My truck came from GA, and Hendricks processed the title, but not Troncalli.
Now I get to go to the DMV and figure this all out myself.
Asked about getting a refund on that "admin fee" and was transfered to voice-mail. It truly is just additional dealer profit, but they won't even do their job to earn it.

Don't deal with Troncalli Subaru
It was not resolved.
On Oct 20 I leased a 2020 Subaru Outback Onyx XT through Toncalli Subaru in Georgia. I am now driving with an expired temporary license because they have constantly made errors on the paperwork.
Over and over again.
I love Subaru, but this dealership is totally inept. Thank you for listening.
