Ripped off after being long-time loyal customer...

I used to buy trading card boxes and singles from TrollandToad.com as an avid and loyal customer. Recently, I needed to get some cash quickly, so I decided to sort out cards I no longer needed (many of which were M/NM singles purchased from T&T that were immediately cased and put in a protective binder) to sell to T&T.

They graded many of them as much worse than the conditions they graded them when selling which was immensely suspicious, but I needed the cash, so I gave the go ahead to complete the sale. It has been WEEKS that I was supposed to get paid to my PayPal, and they've now gone silent after a cheap email that claimed "Oh, you're past the 10 day payment period for a buylist order, we'll get our accounting department to expedite payment" that I finally got back days ago.

It's a true shame as I liked their website, but I can only conclude that they've become immensely scammy in the past years. I would deeply suggest not to buy their overpriced singles and products and to DEFINITELY stay away from theur buylist department.

They are taking way too long to purchased the items I sent from my Buylist. Its been a month already.

They havent processed my check and already marking my cards in bad condition. I told customer service what is going on and she keep making some excuses. We are a small company and getting a lot of Buylist.

I told her my order came in around the 11th of the month of May and you still havent processed it and its about to be June. Smh really trashed company.

They received my cards like over a week ago. Then 6 days ago they sent me an offer that was $20 less than what I sent them and it's been 5 days now since I said yes to there counter offer and I've emailed them 3 times now and when I call there customer service number they say there's no one available to answer my call!

What is going on? Why haven't they sent my payment yet?

I sent in sent 35 cards in which were all in near mint condition however as soon as they were received by Troll and Toad, they were rejected all but one card claiming they were all damaged & now I want my cards back. The only card not found damaged is reportedly missing, they claim.

This company needs to be held accountable when they use such practices of stealing cards from unsuspecting customers by saying they won't send them back if they are rejected through their buylist and then they require the return shipping be paid before they will ship them back also giving a very small time frame of 7 business days.

This then leaves a lot of customers unable to and this in turn leaves Troll and Toad to benefit from their shady business practices. I would think that there has and is plenty of evidence for which a class action lawsuit could be filed against Troll and Toad for the theft of 1000's of cards or other such items being sent in by customers hoping to sell them but unfortunately through these sort of shady business practices, they are in fact ripping customers off by stealing their cards.

I sent 3 packages at the same time and i only got paid for 1 of them which was the lesser amount out of the 3. All my other two packages say on the website is (in Transit) and troll and toad customer service says the packages were never sent. I need this resolved.

Bad business

I sent in a order of MTG cards to troll and the toad to sell my total was some where like $161.00 . but they sent me $28.00 .

now I have sold cards before and I know not to send cards that have damage. there is no way my cards where not up to par. they just straight up robed me. one card alone was valued at $58.00.

and they would not send my cards back . they kept them and only gave me $28.00 .

very bad business. why would they say one price and then pay another. they are just trying to cheat people out the money they are owed.

which is wrong and is very bad business. and they should be ashamed of them selves for doing this to people .

Did you ever get paid? I sent in some Yu-gi-oh cards last week & I just checked my account on their website & they are saying every card was damaged but don't know if they are sending my cards back which they better or I'll sue them.
