Trivan Roofing Southlake Tx are Crooked
I can not tell you in detail what happened due to the fact the Trivan Roofing may continue this nightmare we have found ourselves in at this time. They have a contract that is over the top --all geared to them to the point of -- YOU the homeowner are responsible if one of their roofers falls of your roof !! Oh YA they are not responsible for the work they do either-- says so in contract! They will not return your phone call when you call. This is a classic scam company. There are other reputable roofers in DFW--Trivan is just one of them STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!

You will see that the owner left a post on this site #3 . He seems to miss the fact that there are many people lining up to post.

This must be one of those storm chasing scammers! Trivan Roofing & Construction LLC, Trivan Roofing & Waterproofing LLC, Trivan Real Estate Solutions.
They own them all and I would beware of dealing with them. The contract is ridiculous! The extra crews don't show up and don't bother to call that they are not going to show. Left materials in the driveway for weeks.
Then we find out he wouldn't even pay the employees. One sub-contractor came back a week later and asked me to pay the bill becuase Trivan Roofing was late in paying their subs and/or undercutting from the original price.
I'm mad at my neighbor for referring me. SEnt a complaint to the city, my insurance company and GAF.
You're absolutely right "StopThis". They even charged my insurance company for materials they didn't even put on my roof.
Fortunately, I asked others to come out & verify what was going on and BAMM! Pictures & Video tell it all. Going to forward to Attorney General after my insurance company gets word. Watch out DFW.
Fortunately my roofer this year has his ducks in a row, honest, forthright and the contract is simple and to the point. I'm checking with my other friends that used this "shady storm-chasing roofer".
TriVAN Roofing has thousands of happy customers since 2001. This is obviously someone who does not read his contracts. Man up and deal with the company directly instead of the childish web postings.
