Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Having realized they had closed my ticket without actually actioning it, triton booked an engineer visit.

The engineer turned up and sorted the issue to his normal high standard.All well now. I emailed twice then called the company. Just as well I did call.

Suggest you do too if an issue. Triton staff have always been very polite and helpful.

Since no reply for an update via email I called Triton. 29th in the Queue.

Used call back option. 2.5hrs later received call from a very pleasant and helpful lady.

My initial ticket had been closed due to an error. Lady booked an engineer visit asap (9 more days to wait).Having read my review Triton answered my update request email.Waiting for an engineer and if of the previous standard I have had from them my issue will be resolved swiftly and to a high quality.

4.5 year old digital shower. Pump failed.

Triton expected part within 2 weeks.

Almost a month so far and still waiting. Not answering my request for update.

The engineer was due between 10 and 12 this morning. Do far he is nearly 3 1/2 hours late and still no show!

Please contact me as a matter or urgency as I need to go out soon.
