Online ordering
- - Online ordering froze; cart showed items but no order.
- - Canceled order led to double online service fees and I will not use the online service again.

I enjoy your theater, however in recent time you have implemented online ordering. I ordered my tickets online to ensure that my large party can be seated together.
In doing so, I ran into challenges with website freezing. The website showed I had items in my cart then when I would open my cart, I recieved a message saying there was no order. After logging in and out several times and was finally able to complete my order and unfortunately did not select enough tickets and had to redo my order. I was given the option to cancel my order, which I did before placing another order with the number of tickets corrected.
Doing so led to online service fees being charged twice which I was not aware wouldn't be refunded. I have tried looking at my receipt to see how much service fee is charged per ticket and the there's no itemization of how service fees are charged.
I will not be using the online service again. It was a great deal of a hassle to pay more for each ticket.
