Took 9 months to get my order!

I am really disappointed and frustrated with my experience on this order and this company. I do understand covid and production issues.

I understand staffing and materials being hard to get. However, we ordered these items (very expensive) 9 months ago. Not only that, but we genuinely felt ghosted through the whole entire process. No follow ups, no updates.

Every time I called it was "should be about two more weeks (this has been the last 2 or 3 months). Every time I was going to be told I would get a call back, I did not get one. Every time I reached out to my rep, he was never available, I believe I spoke to him maybe once a few months back. It got to the point where we were wondering if we were getting scammed or not.

Now that our package is finally on its way, it will be getting delivered while our shelter is closed down under construction which is going to be a huge hassle to try and figure out which wouldn't be a thing if it was delivered on time or someone actually communicated with us.

We are a small non-profit organization that runs on donations and grants.

Being able to get these new kennels was a huge deal for us. We ordered these because we had desperately needed them. It is kinda ironic the morning I called to finally just ask for a refund, they are now being delivered tomorrow.

I am not one to complain about stuff, but I really thought you guys should know how we feel about our experience because it really was not fair on the customer front. I really do not think it is right we got charged full price given our situation we went through.

Poor Craftsmanship

This company was hired to custom design and build veterinary kennels for a luxury dog hotel located in Las Vegas. They are salesman Lance, Owner Richard. Batterton and lead installer Rich were at our facility multiple times. The build was designed by their professional designers and engineers. Finally was the project eight months past its promise delivery date the quality and craftsmanship is that an estimate at $65,000 do you have it repaired and built to the specs per our quote. This company did not even make the hallways straight, the doorway openings were not consistent, the door locks were not stainless steel as specified, and after trying to fix their mistakes for over two months they walked away, claiming that they didnt have the funds to continue. We are currently in a lawsuit with this company. If your business is having a similar experience please contact us.

I contracted TriStar to custom build a luxury dog hotel with over a six figure budget. They made multiple trips to our location to photograph and measure the site. Their engineer custom designed the build with a contracted delivery date. Eight months past the delivery day, we were delivered unacceptable cattle panels. One example of the many issues, a hallway is pretty simple to make straight that should have 6 foot panels. This hallway panel line varies by up to almost two inches. This makes the hallway wave and look cheap. This company threw in the towel when they were unable to complete our project by making our doorhandles work. Our estimate to repair the project is approximately $65,000. We are currently in a civil lawsuit against this company. If you or your business was a victim of this company and purchased subpar, poorly constructed and built products please contact us to join in our civil lawsuit.
