I stumbled on your web-site and noticed three complaints involving my company, Tri-Starr Investigations.

The first complaint involves a Juan Carlos Herranz. Mr. Herranz has been a contract investigator for our firm for the past couple of years. We use contractors from time to time when we need additional assistance on various cases. We used JC for surveillance purposes only. JC is licensed by Tri-Starr and a complete background inquiry was performed before allowing him to work on our cases. This background includes criminal history, previous employment, and legal status. The results of our background found no derogatory information.

Although the above incident involved JC and the complainant, it has nothing to do with Tri-Starr Investigations. In saying that, if the above incident is true about what has been said about JC, I am concerned and will investigate. This is so ironic about juan carlos herranz the investigator from Tristar Investigations that was stealing jetskis. This same person has been scamming my sister in law and her two special needs kids.

It all started when my brother passed in july of 2013. J.C. showed up at the funeral an was acting the part of my brothers best friend to take advantage of his widow. He did know my brother and had actually worked in one of several of his Midas muffler shops on or around the Atlanta area.

My brother and his wife had been very successful in their businesses that they acquired within their 25 year marriage and was very kind and giving to family, friends, and employees. They also have two special needs children together who are the ages of 23 and 18. Well on july 22 2013 my brother passed away from a massive heart attack at the age of 47. His survivors including his wife and two kids.

This is when herranz decided to take advavtage of this horrible situation. He announced at the funeral that my brother had confided in him that he knew he was dying and asked herranz to take care of his widow and kids. My sister in law was still in shock over the loss of her soulmate, husband, and friend that she willingly accepted herranz friendship and trust. From that day forward she has been hit with one blow after another from this man.

Without going into detail I will tell you he has put her into well over 45,000 in debt. Starting off by stealing a boat that he talked her into buying for 17,000.which she handed him the cash to purchase ending up coming back with the title only in his name. When she started questioning him about this he went as low as calling the police out having the rightful owner removed and threatening arrest and doing all this in front of her special needs son who was very confused and upset over this so called friend of his dads threatening to arrest his mother who was crying uncontrollably. After this he somehow borrowed ten thousand dollars more from the widow promising to triple the money in a deal that he had going on in Cuba where he was born.

She never received any of that back either. Ok between all the chaos going on he managed to steal all my brothers tools and guns telling her that he should store them for her and the kids safety. He now refuses to return them stating that the cobb county sheriff's dept. Refuses for her to get them without mental evaluation.

Then the thief manipulator talks my 23 year old special needs niece into financing him a set of jetskis which he was going to pay for immediately and teach them how to use for summer vacations. She got the statement in mail a few days ago and hes payed nothing on them or even offered them any usage. So her credits going to be bad soon. This is only a small portion of what this looser put my brothers innocent family through at this already difficult time.

Now he told my poor niece that he's not going to pay for any of this because het dad owed him money when he died which is totally absurd. This man is evil and devious and he has to be stopped. Please give us some feedback and advice on what to do in this sad sad situation. Herranz is now driving around on a new Harley Davidson at the expense of my brother's widows life savings.

He needs to be dealt with accordingly.

This family has been threatened by him to remain quite!! Please help.

I was a client of one of the Tri Star private investigators corp. Juan Carlos Herranz is one of the investigators who works for this company in Atlanta,Ga.

He is the worst investigator plus he was rude,nasty attitude and he did a horrible job.Also he stoled a Yamaha Jetski to a poor Cuban family,he commuted a crime and he works in this company like nothing happened. How this company hired this man who is pursued by the Cobb county police department?

How a company hired a person who commuted a felony (theft by taken) he stoled this Jetski in 2013,is a grey wave runner Yamaha 2012,this family called the company and the company protected this man, and they know what he did and they haven't do anything.Please read this message and do not put your case in this company that hired this kind of people to work for them and protect a person to commit a felony. Tristar Investigations-Bruce Robertson is the worst of the worst in the Private investigation arena. Please do yourself a favor and stay the *** away from Tristar Investigations or you could be the next victim to this shady business.
