Wife and I went to TK Tripp's In Winston-Salem,
NC and ordered the $25. Prime Rib. Worst piece of meat that we have ever had. Waiter was lazy and I had to go find a hostess to get Ah jus for
our dinner. Never got more bread as requested.
I told this short waiter about the Prime Rib and he just said " I will pass it on " and walked off. What's worse is I e-mailed the restaurant 2 times and never got ANY RESPONSE. Several people told me to contact the corp. office, which from what I can tell it is in Greensboro, NC. I did this but never got any response from them either. If you look up their web site, they advertise to be very concerned about customer satisfaction. Let me tell you that this is a lie in my opinion. I have told this to several people and have been surprised that some already new this and the word SORRY was used more than once!! If you want good Prime Rib then go elsewhere, such as Cloverdale Kitchen in W-S.
We'll eat McDonalds before we will go back!!!!
