Worst customer service ever.

Tripp NYC oh my God lets get started. Absolutely cute.

Nice quality clothes. But wow the Customer Service. Lets just say atrocious with capital A. My fiancé and I placed an order which FedEx delivered to the wrong address..

they took a picture of the package up against a white wall and said delivered. Needless to say we never got our package and we are out $250.. not a problem I understand things happen. When I reached out to Tripp I called for a week straight before I could get a human being on the phone.

we emailed five times no response. Finally they get in touch with me and say oh yeah sorry sorry our phones arent good. I open up a case. They never follow up with me..

I have emailed over 10 times and call back every day for three weeks and I cannot get anyone on the phone. Finally I get a notice in the mail saying your case has been closed from FedEx for the wrong reason. Tripp Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced in my 32 years of living.

Even if they could just respond back after promising to get back to me and say hey we are not refunding you or whatever but nothing is just ridiculous. We did nothing wrong and we are out $250.

Sizes are not as advertised and no response to emails/calls

I have been trying to get my refund for 2 months now. Im down $120, because I sent my pants back, which were considerably larger than the listed size.

If I could give this company a zero for this review, I would. All phone numbers don’t work. They lie about everything. I want my refund. $132 is a lot to pay for a pair of pants. Name is Sandy Green

My order was out of stock in July. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with someone about a refund and once I did, but NO refund. It took 2 months to get someone. Tried again and all phone numbers are no longer available.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Refund received. Emails sent, phone calls made. After a while the problem was solved but I would recommend to look into your customer service. Its problematic.

Communication with the company is almost impossible, we've written many emails with no response. We are still waiting for our refund, and phone calls were made and we were promised our refund but nothing has happened. Very unhappy with the customer service.
