About my delivery
24 hours later I havent heard from Tripp or DPD I need to know where and when my parcel is delivered i need to pack because Im travelling by end of week.Ive screenshot photos of the email from DPD and no reason whey they didnt deliver it at Argos

Need a suitcase collecting from my home and replacing with another
I am waiting to have a suitcase collected and replaced with another but it is for a birthday gift next week. I have already sent photos and contacted you several times.
I will be away Thursday, Friday this week. Please respond with urgency,I'm getting really worried that it won't be here for my daughter s birthday, please someone deal with this and contact me

Had to make a return but had to go through pissedconsumer.
It is a shame that the only way to contact them is via an online form. There is no reassurance they have received your message.
They don't even send an automated email to say that they've received the message and get back to you with an ETA.
However, after going through pissedconsumer I knew they received it, I knew they saw it and after a day I got a reply.
Again I think that is silly that we have to go through these channels as PC will get more of my respect and future use than the main company (in this case Tripp).
After conversing with them they did help me out there and then and arrange for a collection in order for me to return my order to them. So, to that, I am very happy.
