- - Bank shows funds pending; no transaction; airline rejected the ticket; agent Moose rude.
I attempted to book a ticket with you last night from LAX in the USA to Manila Philippines, traveling February 26 and returning March 18. I received a confirmation that the ticket went through.
The confirmation number is: 5DBB1A. Your rude agent called me back this morning, saying that that ticket was not processed because my bank had the funds in a pending status. I contacted my bank and was informed that no such transaction had been put through. Your rude and unprofessional Agent, Moose, blatantly lied to me!
What kind of company is this??? So now after further review, he tells me that Philippine Airlines, the airline that I wouldve been traveling on, is the one that did rejected the ticket. So you all are over there lying about the glitches on your end, meanwhile youre putting the Customer in a compromising position.
Moose said, since the ticket was rejected by Philippine Airlines, he would have to find me another ticket, possibly with another airline. When I asked him if I would receive a ticket for the same price and the same travel time both going and coming, he told me that he could not guarantee such.
He cannot guarantee such even though this was TripnTravelUSA s, and Philippine Airlines screw-up. Thus he proposed to further inconvenience me or rip me off with a higher ticket price and a longer travel time. I contend that TripnTravelUSA is a fraudulent operation that intentionally engages in a baiting switch operation, dangling a lower price, taking you all the way through the credit card processing, giving you every reason to believe your ticket has been booked, and giving you false hopes, only to come back later and try to siphon more money out of you with such excuse about outlandish glitches!
Now the fraudulent cowards TripnTravelUSA s wont take my telephone call and have blocked me on WhatsApp too!
I am posting this to every board, BBB, and even the Attorney General's Office. They are screwing with peoples ability to travel, inconveniencing them, playing games, and trying to get them to spend more money!

Yes… these people are scammers… they do promotion for click bate, then call you after you paid to say it’s fully book and now you have to book a new flight that cost more than the one you originally brought.
