TripLog - Not tracking drivers consistantly

I have one driver that the app tracks but doesn,t show anything on the admin side!

Per recommendations from Trip Log i purchased Trip log drive devices

for all vehicles in fleet, they dont seem to track any drivers ( 1 worked till he left parking lot) !

Customer Service is non existent unless you have days to wait for a contact, THIS WAIT PERIOD COSTS $$$ TO THE BUSINESS EVERY MILE IS WORTH $ days with out tracking can be worth thousands

Trilplog is editing/removing my trips automatically

I can confirm that TripLog is changing what I input for my trips.

Today I input several trips, starting from home to Molly, then Molly to home, then home to Jessica, then Jessica to Avery, and then Avery back to home. I had $47 in reimbursement.

Now, without making any changes, it changed by itself to say only, Jessica to Averi, Averi to home.

Causing my reimbursement to drop significantly.

This happens all the time and causes me to lose money.

How is this happening and what is the fix? There's no reason it should be changed after it appears correct in the app.
