I placed an order 16 days ago. Delivery was guaranteed 2 days ago (at the latest). Order still hasn't even shipped yet. No communication from Triplenet. Horrible experience. Now I need to request a refund and order elsewhere. Will never deal with this company again.

I ordered a monitor through Amazon and TriplenetPricing sent me the completely wrong one being almost $100 cheaper. I requested a replacement through Amazon in which its been awaiting shipment for over a week. Ive been going through *** for weeks just trying to get the item that I SPECIFICALLY ordered. I just want to know when my actually order will be shipped. Please make this right, I spent my hard earned money that I couldnt afford on this to help with school, the least your company can do is make this right because I wont stop until I get what I paid for.

I purchased this item on Ebay from this seller ASUS P550LA-XO217G Total: $154.14. The seller revised the listing after he scammed about 13 people who purchased this listing for a laptop.

The seller then shipped a different item Asus PRO B550MC CSM AMD AM4 not what I ordered .

I contacted eBay and PayPal they sided with the seller and I got scammed by this seller . Two items with the same tracking . You are such a scammer and the same item number. But my purchase was an Asus Laptop.

Seller indicated

This was a result of a wrong listing on the marketplace. We do not have the item advertised nor have we had it in stock. Wants me to pay return shipping for a partial refund for an item i did not purchase . This seller is 100% a scammer .

Several days after posting here I got an e-mail from triplenet telling me to return the printer they never sent for a refund.A week after telling them I had nothing to return I got an e-mail that they were back-ordering it. Of course the website still said it was in...

After a google shopping search 14 days ago I ordered and paid for a HP LASERJET COLOR PROFESSIONAL CP5225N PRINTER listed on this company's website as "in stock". The site claims to ship items within 10 days.

Their only contact since was an instant e-mail confirming my order #52416**** and payment.
They do not answer inquiries about my order at their customer service e-mail address. Their customer service phone line consists of a mailbox message telling you to use the e-mail address they don't reply to instead.
At this point I can only complain to Google shopping for listing them as a vendor and try to recover my money through paypal.
I wish I'd seen this web page before I ordered and hope this review helps anyone else avoid the same mistake.

I received my Coby tablet, no prob. Couldn't download google playstore app. Said product does not support website. I even called netflix, and they were so nice, they tried talking me through downloading the app. After I went into applications, it said that I couldn't download google playstore, the device does not support it. your 800 number is terrible. there is no tech support, just a womans voice, that started out with, "is there anyone in your household 50 or older?" Ads went on and on.

After placing multiple test orders, Triplenet Pricing has not shipped the item 7+ days after the order. Broken Promises From A Broken Company

"I recently contacted Triplenet Pricing INC again regarding non-delivery of ASIN #B00E58RQ4Q Canon PG-245 Black Cartridge, and in that communication I clearly indicated that I was displeased with the transaction and wanted a refund based on their obfuscation and "broken promises" in all aspects regarding this order. I also left a negative review of my experience on Amazon to advise others what they might experience. After waiting days for a reply, I finally received a communication from Joe Morris - Customer Service Supervisor at TripleNet Pricing Inc. in which he makes an overt attempt to BRIBE me to remove my feedback regarding this order. My integrity is NOT for sale. First, they blamed the Carrier, then they claimed"research" to discover the root of the problem, then Joe Morris claimed that "SYSTEM AUTO INTEGRATION TECHNOLOGY" was directly responsible. If they spent as much time and energy fulfilling their commitments as they do denying their mistakes, I wouldn't be writing this review. My position remains that of an extremely dissatisfied customer simply wanting a refund for my undelivered purchase to which I now must add OUTRAGE at the clumsy and ill-advised machinations by Mr. Morris in his further attempts to obfuscate and cover up his company's shortcomings and lack of moral fiber. I stand behind my review and state again that I just want my money back for a service/commitment that TripleNet Pricing INC failed to deliver on. No more promises, no more "back door deals", no more lies... REFUND-REFUND-REFUND. It is THAT simple. Honor your commitments." UPDATE: Triplenet Pricing never delivered the product and would not refund my money. I finally gave up trying to deal with Triplenet Pricing and ultimately received a refund through Amazon. I understand that this company generates a revenue stream for Amazon, but I find it difficult to understand why they would tolerate such behavior from a substandard company such as Triplenet. Additionally, my negative review of Triplenet seems to have disappeared from Amazon's site. Collusion???

Ordered 15 - 43 inch Samsung tvs from this company, and the price went down half during their website issues because except my card information on Feb 10, 2019. I called them on Monday Feb. 11, 2019 to verbally give them payment information, and they said site down until 3pm. They stated, they would not except pay by phone. I found this very odd. After all of this the price doubled on the Samsung TVs. I told them that wasn't the price initially listed, and I had already made a commitment in writing/agreement on price including labor. NO DEAL they stated firmly. So now I am not only out a customer I am out money. Your business cost me $2,000 dollars you jerks. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Paid for an item I never received

= I made for a M15 HP printer on 12/5/2018 and I never received. I called last Wednesday the 19th and they informed me that the printer was on backorder and it wouldn't be in until 01/2019. I asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund, customer service said that would refund the next day. NO REFUND. I've emailed customer service SEVERAL TIMES without no response. I ordered a monitor from them because the price was almost $100 less than Amazon. I checked herw first because Id never heard of them before and was a little concerned. I was hesitant to order once I saw some bad reviews but I figured I could always charge back if there was a problem. I'm glad I did because the order came faster than expected and they even threw in a privacy filter for free! Still trying to figure out how to use it lol but I'm extremely happy with my purchase. We handle thousands of orders every day, and unfortunately mistakes do occur as a result of our system in the form of incorrect listings where an item that we don't actually have is mistakenly listed.

In other cases, the platform on which we are selling experiences an error and sells more than the quantities that we actually have available. We strive to always meet our shipping deadlines and if we are unable to do so because of either of the aforementioned errors, we cancel your order as soon as possible to provide you with the opportunity to purchase the item from another vendor.

Hi Michael, We aim to keep our cancellation rate below 1% of orders received, which we maintain consistently. Given that we handle thousands of orders every day across multiple sales platforms, it is inevitable that some orders are cancelled as we are unable to fulfill them.

In response to the inventory tracking concern, we attempt to reach customers through as many sales platforms as possible to make purchasing our products as convenient as it can be. Unfortunately, we are often limited by these platforms in terms of inventory management. For example, our system might 'tell' Amazon's that we have 300 units of an item, but Amazon's system does not remove our listing for a few minutes after we've sold through those 300, at which point we might not be able to fulfill the additional orders.

They are not I repeat not an authorized reseller and as we don't know how they got their hands on our products we are retaliating. They are selling the Brand on Amazon and are not Authorized to. We have reached out to them on multiple occasions and have not received any responses due to our concerns. Reason of review: Mispresentation . Preferred solution: Get our products off their site. I am the General Manager of ReboundTAG and this company is apparently trying to sell our products. They are not I repeat not our reseller and as we don't know how they got their hands on our products we are retaliating.

We had some stock stolen in December from our New Jersey warehouse and while we do not believe that Triplenet were in anyway involved maybe they bought this stock in good faith

In the USA our official distributors are JSS Sales in New Jersey and Brandvia in California, only go to these companies. If you buy one of our products from this company and try to activate it we will turn it off immediately.

Any questions pleae get back to me. You will also be able to buy our products from New Egg Market Place shortly who are also an official reseller.

As far as I understand, we have never actually carried your products. Rather, our system made an error and listed your products by mistake. We have tens of thousands of listings across multiple platforms and as such, mistakes do occur when uploading new listings. Once again, however, this is not a platform for manufacturers to contact vendors so I request that you remove this review.

You have NOT reached out to me or responded to the multiple emails and messages that I have left. You are still listing our goods (https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B005PPOBQE/ref=dp_olp_new_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=new) which is the first listing that comes up.
