BEWARE! If you are moving out-of-state, they will promise you everything but once your stuff is on the truck, they will change everything they told you.
We paid them over $21k to move our belongings to Colorado. We had to change our pick up date but they never changed the drop off date and blamed us and lied and told us we were costing them all this money to hold our stuff until the date we requested that was on all our paperwork. When the drop off driver arrived with workers he hired on Craigs list that morning, he said he just got into town so no chargers were incurred by them. Then they charged us $2600 to pack but we ended up doing 95% of the packing.
When we requested a discount, they agreed at first and then said it would go to the holdover fees. Lastly, they broke our 85 8K OLED television after we instructed them multiple times about the motherboard and how delicate it was and then told us we didnt have the insurance and it was basically not their problem. Workers were watching tv during packing and upon delivery, two workers left the job before it was done. The icing on the cake is that their customer service person was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to speak to me when I challenged her with questions.
They answered our calls and were extremely nice until the stuff was on the truck and then they were uncommunicative, rude and refused to help us in anyway. They made our entire moving process a nightmare and we have had to hire a lawyer over the damaged television.
They also want you to pay your balance with cash or a money order. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else!
