7 days & still no resolution! Missed friends meeting from Australia, & visits to 2 charities & a reunion dinner & a wake& dinner
So disappointed, missed friends coming from Australia & a reunion dinner + 1year since a friend died in an accident remembrance wake. Missed a visit to an orphanage where we give donations & the Sehat Bami Sutra Birthing Centre. So sad, still in London & Trip still sitting on £929.70 of my money

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Account reset
Trip disappeared from my pro account. Can not add new trips manually.
Customer support gives bs replies. Stay away from this app, at least in Pro version.

Cannot connect bluetooth
Customer service useless, non-responsive. Product cannot be used without Bluetooth connection. How to connect remains a mystery :-(

Customer service absolutely sucks
- - TripIt works when it works, but you spend hours trying to resolve issues.
- - I'm seeking an alternative due to poor service.
TripIt is wonderful when it works, but when something happens and you have no way after you spent hours going through their fact sheets to resolve it. If you submit a ticket, it doesnt get answered.
Their customer service is almost nonexistent.
I spend all my time looking for an alternative to them. I would rate them A+ plus if only they had decent customer service

I opened a Tripit account this morning. I am unable to use it and need to concal it now.
Instructions are impossible for me to grasp. Tried to follow instructions for cancellation and found them more confusing than helpful.

It is absolutelly impossible to reach TripIt support team. No calls answer, no email reply with needed information, no support at all.
I need to merge business trips from my acc to my colleague but it still does not work even we both have TripIt Pro accounts.
I kindly ask TripIt support staff to contact me by taina.popkova@***.ae and help to solve the problem asap.
