Problem with gift voucher
As above, I'm having problems with a gift voucher.
The Trinny London site won't accept the voucher code. Had an email from Ian at Trinity London, he assured me it's a working code, but my device just won't accept it or give me the right screen to put the code in correctly.
I have replied back explaining this, but nothing further from Ian as yet.
I've been trying to use this code for now three to four weeks, most frustratingly so, as it's a £100 gift voucher gifted to me for Christmas and I would just like to purchase the items I decided to buy.
Frankly it's not good enough.
I've never had a problem like this before and such lousy customer service from them, considering such a premium brand. It's a disgrace!!

Appointments
I stated that at your Bluewater branch I wanted to book an 60 minute appointment for myself and my daughter but every date in June and July at any time had only one space. I thought this odd.
The reason I was given that they usually have 5 spaces and the others on every day and every time must be taken.
I do not believe that. But if that is the reason you want to give it is up too you.

On 28th February I booked a make up lesson at Trinny Bluewater and the £45 fee was offset against the make up I purchased. The young lady was very pleasant but, on reflection, I realised that I made all the choices myself, with very little advice, teaching or guidance.
In fact, having looked at your website, I find I could have done the same thing myself at home. I purchased a lip/cheek and an eye shadow which I am not unhappy with. However, I discovered when I got home that I hadnt been sold foundation but a skin perfector and a tinted moisturiser which dont provide enough cover for my 73 year old skin.
I feel it is something of a misnomer to be advertising this session as a make up lesson as I learnt nothing!!! Have passed all this onto my friends.
I considered ordering the foundation from you but since the make up has a very unpleasant smell, I decided against it.
I wonder if any of your other customers have commented on the odour!
At a total cost to me of about £125, I consider it all to have been a very expensive mistake. I would be interested in your comments.

I have Bowens disease and basal cell carcinomas on my legs chest arms and back. I am always itching all over my body and can only wear cotton clothes.
I have a wedding coming up and I get stressed out when I have to buy clothes as can only wear trousers and maxi clothes as my legs and arms are covered in a rash. I am desperate for some help to look smart and feel nice about myself as I have to wear old ladies cotton trousers.
I would really appreciate some advice from you. Thank you in anticipation.

Fully resolved
I am 73 I ran from tube arrived 14 mins late for 45 min session. Was met with total negativity too late but I explained I still had 30 mins left . The assistant was totally rude and unhelpful and made me so frustrated and angry I walked away. So lost money..
was going to buy products train fare for nothing and all trains cancelled from London due to storm. An absolute nightmare day she could so easily have said lets see if I can help with the time we have left but just kept telling me what she couldnt do.
Absolutely appalled at the lack of customer care .. didnt even come over to explain any products so left utterly disappointed was so looking forward to what should have been a joyful experience and a new makeup

Hi, I am trying to order BFF Destress online from south africa. I want the order delivered to an address in the UK but cant complete the delivery address.
There is no UK option and it keeps putting in South Africa as the delivery country which obviously does not correspond with the address Ive filled in! How do I get around this? Cant phone you as none of our phones is open for overseas calls.

Not received order
Not great matter is still not resolved.
I have ordered many times and had no problems but this time I am finding it problematic and I have lost out. Customer service isnt great I am afraid.

My package did not get delivered to me
UPS sent an email to me saying my package was delivered. However I did not received it.
And they failed to take a picture of it on my doorstep. I was charged on my credit card and it amounted to over $180 and I have nothing but the bill.

Since I purchased this product a few weeks ago, I often need to pump it 20+ times for it to eject a measure of the cream. It feels as if there is more air in the tube than product.
