Do not Hire this Entity ! Transportation Broker

This company makes false promises to get customers to sign up for their services. I contacted more than three moving companies to secure quotes for moving from Ca to La and was told by a sales representative, that they could accommodate two specific days both with AM pick-ups. I agreed and signed the contract and made my deposit fulfilling my end of the contract. I was contacted two days later to be advised that they would need to pick-up between the hours of 3-5 ( despite the original promise), I had no choice but to agree to a pick-up change because I could not be available at that time due to a prearranged 60th birthday party for my spouse. The next date was scheduled and despite me calling the company 3 times on the day prior to the pick-up they did not return my calls. I contacted the company on the scheduled pick-up date only to be told that they would not be able to pick-up my items. (I arranged to be home all day 8-5 as they requested). To add insult to injury because tomorrow is a Holiday they could not even arrange another pick-up but could only advise that they needed two fulls day open from 8-5. So, at this point I paid my deposit, my items are in my garage and I have no definite pick-up or time-frame. My original pick-up was for 11/23/2019 and I have no guarantee of date or time of reschedule, but they have the audacity to have you sign an agreement that you are held liable for a deposit if you breach the contract, meanwhile they do NOT follow up on their end of the contract. This is an IDEAL example of the WORSE customer service ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
