Trinity Solar uses bait-n-switch ripoff tactics
- - There are bait-and-switch allegations against Trinity Solar.
- - Roof quote was 20k; contract 32k; two months later roof parts have fallen off.
they hooked up our solar to the wrong meter and now we are paying for a monthly solar payment and we have no solar. Trinity is one mistake and ripoff after another.
Been over 1 yr dealing with them and still have no solar but lots of mistakes on my account. BUYER BEWARE
Trinity Solar uses bait-and-switch ripoff tactics. Before installing the solar, they put a new roof on my house with a quote of 20,000.
When the contract came, it was 32,000. We signed it thinking that included the price of the solar panels. Now they are saying, too bad, you signed the contract even though they remember the quote they gave us. The roof is 2 months old and many parts have already fallen off.
This company is a total ripoff.
Do not use Trinity Solar and make the mistakes I made. They use bait-and-switch tactics and they need to be held accountable.

I Ive called several time to have them setup an appointment with my county assessors office to do an inspection of my solar panel installation and I have not gotten a response from them
