!I would rate a zero if possible. I have been dealing with this company for months.
My husband was in the hospital for 36 days with COVID. I work for the facility where he was, and they are supposed to file our insurance as in network. I have dealt with 2 managers that supposedly work with our facility, but have not received any help. We owe over $10000 for physician billing!!
They absolutely do not care!!! The payment arrangement is also ridiculous, $729 a month.
- Good doctors
- Horrible customer service
Preferred solution: Price reduction
User's recommendation: You have no choice because the doctors work for this company.
