I had purchased a bathing suit that was manufactured by Trina Turk. I own many of their suits and actually bought 3 in the last year.

One of the colors ran when I washed the suit. I reached out to Trina Turk and sent them pictures. Because I did not purchase the suit DIRECTLY from them the most they would do is give me a 15% discount . Where I bought the suit should be of no consequence since they are the manufacturer and they should stand behind the quality of their merchandise.

A 15% discount to me is unacceptable. They should replace the suit.

When I told them that and told them that a mere 15% discount was an insult and I would not be purchasing their merchandise again I never got any further response. Do you think you could help?

Just purchased 2 Lilly stemless flutes and one broke while washing before using. I'm guessing it had a hairline crack in the box because it shattered. Fortunately, I did not get cut. These were the only two boxes at Tuesday Morning and I really like them and so I dont want to return them. Can you please replace it? I discarded broken glass to be safe, so just took photo if boxed glasses with one missing.

Just purchased Lilly stemless flutes and one shattered when I washed before using. Lucky I did not get cut. I do not want to return because these were the only two boxes at the store. Can you please replace it?

I received Kensington Polo shirt.Found soiled spot on front of the shirt and pulled thread on back of the shirt. Supplied photos of the damaged shirt. Emailed all of it to TrinaTurk customer service and received email that its being reviewed. So far Im still waiting. Please let me know how long it will take to get some kind of response. Thank you so much.

Points for Mr. Turk

Terrible customer service. I sent a detailed email and copies of my receipts.

But I never heard back anything from Mr. Turk. I was completely ignored.

(Note: I previously twice asked the Trina Turk store where I made my purchases. They said that they would call Trina Turk to get my points.

The store never called me back. I had to follow up twice with them to see what was going on.)

Finally, (after hearing nothing from Trina Turk after I sent my email) I called to see what was going on a third time the Trina Turk store where I bought THOUSANDS of dollars of clothing from. They had done NOTHING. Later I got a text to say that I would get NO POINTS at all because I didnt register prior.

(I did buy some clothes AFTER Trina started the program but I had not heard about the program. I was never told. And I also bought some clothes after I registered. Still, I would get no points.)

I informed the store that this was poor customer service.

That I was having to jump through hoops to get points. I was furious. And I felt like I was NOT valued.

I also told the store that I will not be buying anymore Mr Turk clothing. Nor sing its praises to my friends (or strangers) who compliment me in my clothing.

I WAS a huge fan.

FYI: I assume this review will not even be read. And that I will be ignored. Just like my previous email I sent Trina Turk.

PS.

I never could even reach a live person. I called a few times, but a recording told me no one was available to take my call.
