I had purchased a bathing suit that was manufactured by Trina Turk. I own many of their suits and actually bought 3 in the last year. One of the colors ran when I washed the suit. I reached out to Trina Turk and sent them pictures. Because I did not purchase the suit DIRECTLY from them the most they would do is give me a 15% discount . Where I bought the suit should be of no consequence since they are the manufacturer and they should stand behind the quality of their merchandise. A 15% discount to me is unacceptable. They should replace the suit. When I told them that and told them that a mere 15% discount was an insult and I would not be purchasing their merchandise again I never got any further response. Do you think you could help?

Just purchased Lilly stemless flutes and one shattered when I washed before using. Lucky I did not get cut. I do not want to return because these were the only two boxes at the store. Can you please replace it?

Just purchased 2 Lilly stemless flutes and one broke while washing before using. I'm guessing it had a hairline crack in the box because it shattered. Fortunately, I did not get cut. These were the only two boxes at Tuesday Morning and I really like them and so I dont want to return them. Can you please replace it? I discarded broken glass to be safe, so just took photo if boxed glasses with one missing.
